The courier of corporate culture
The Desiderio publishing house is a Loccioni project born from the awareness that business is also a cultural asset, embodying the highest meaning of work and entrepreneurship in a given region. Desiderio Editore aims to codify and make accessible corporate culture, values, life stories, connections with the region, and methods. The goal is to develop an awareness of entrepreneurship, work, innovation as a behavior, attention to detail, and the need to always do better, to leave the company better than we found it.

Desiderio Rebichini was a courier. He sourced local products, prepared them well with his wife, and carefully packaged them for the train journey. He often left at night to bring them fresh to the city, especially Rome.
Eggs, cured meats, chickens, flour, but also news and stories. Like other couriers, Desiderio transported and sold culture. The culture of the land, of its people, the dream of a place to return to.
This is the root of the commercial and cultural soul of the company, the one from which Graziella comes,
who supports and merges with Enrico and his peasant origins.

Desiderio Editore is a laboratory where design students and prestigious publishers like Corraini meet the Loccioni company and its culture, giving life to methods and stories that define its identity. This is how DESIDERATA was born: 10 key words that define Desiderio Editore’s commitment and mission. 10 posters and postcards to collect and draw inspiration from.
DESIDERATA
We support an idea of work as participation, creation of well-being, and self-fulfillment. We identify codes: we discover rules, motivations, and intrinsic connections in processes and things. We improve the quality of contents, containers, and processes starting from the memory that constitutes our identity. We exalt the dual belonging of human beings to the territory and the planet to nurture a conscious future. We use the archive of what has been to build what will be. We value the personal contribution of individuals and their lives, on an ideational, professional, and human level. We project ourselves beyond the present by imagining scenarios that will be valid in the future. We seek out stimuli and realities different from our own as a starting point and positive driver of evolution.
Collaboration and discussion are how we develop ideas: we consider play to be inherent to work. We promote the convergence between education and work, combining knowledge and enhancing mutual skills. We make books.
